One of the worst days of my life arrived when my beloved Hunter had to be put down. Weeks later, Rae Marie delivered his portrait. The unveiling took my breath away, His expression was so reall. I feel as if he is still here and I can reach out and touch him. Rae Marie has captured his soul. The portrait hangs in a location where he can be seen throughout the day. It gives me a tremendous feeling of love and joy!

We feel that God has given the beautiful lady an unbelievable gift. If you have someone in your life that you want to keep to your heart, please contact Rae Marie. She will create for you a remembrance, that you will treasure for the rest of your life.

In memory of our sweet dog, Colby, Rae Marie created the most beautiful portrait to help us remember him!  The detail, in her work, especially his eyes, is exquisite!  Colby was ours for only a few years, and we never thought we would lose him so soon,  but the memories of our time together will live in our hearts forever.  Rae Marie’s work is proudly displayed in home and receives compliments from everyone who sees Colby.  If you are thinking of a pet portrait, get it done. Rae Marie Gallery captures the best, and has our highest recommendation!

Why have a portrait made?

Portraits make a lovely tribute to your best friend, your guardian, the one who is quick with a tail wag or a comforting purr.

We all take photos of our pets…

They capture those special moments that shows off their personality, the wisdom of their spirit, or that look of unconditional love. Unfortunately they can also show a lot of unnecessary background stuff or the occasional photo bomb.

These photos can be used as a reference for a beautiful hand-drawn portrait by the artist, Rae Marie

Having a portrait drawn by an artist captures a special moment of your loving pet that has been a major part of your family. They are with us for a relatively short period of time, but they give us a lifetime of unconditional love.

Each portrait is drawn/painted with high-quality professional artist grade soft pastels that will last for generations. Once completed, they will need to framed specifically for soft pastels.

Pastel portraits are available in the following sizes:

Small (9×9 or 8×10)
Medium (12×12 or 11×14)
Large (16×16 or 16×20)

Larger sizes are available – Please call for quote

The image will either be square or rectangular, depending on the composition.
